It was an emergency situation. He came and saved the day for me. It was a Saturday. He called me right back after I left a message. He came over and took care of what needed to be taken care of right away. I give him a good recommendation because he did save the day. He came recommended by a great friend of mine. He's a person in this area that I would vouch for. He did what he had to do. He responded so promptly to my message. The job was very good.

The service person showed up on time and promptly went to work.  He was careful to be clean when coming in and out of the house.  He explained to us what the problem was and how it should be fixed.  Overall a positive uneventful appointment.

Not well-----had video inspection of sewer line, for which they charged $950, and then they gave us an estimate of $10,000 to do a trenchless sewer pipe replacement. I did not doubt the need for replacing the pipe, but the estimate seemed way too high (I was still reeling from the cost of the video inspection, which seemed high. We later contacted Toto's, who did an inspection at no charge, and did the entire replacement for slightly over half of what Mr. Rooter asked.)

There was a tenant living at the home but they were not impacted for more than 24 hours. The staff was nice, polite, and respectful. They had quite a team out so they could complete the work quickly. I was very pleased with their service.

I like the fact that they are able to be there 24/7 without a holiday or weekend charge. They were very professional. They gave me several options to fix my plumbing problem. As a team, we selected the one that I thought would be the best solution in the long run. They have a good system, but they are a chain. They are not a local shop. They do everything very well, but I prefer to support a local over a franchise. I would use them again in the future.
