Jim was so helpful in designing the pantry. He understood exactly what I needed and created a perfect design that has made cooking so much less frustrating. I can find everything I need right away. His cabinet maker is amazing: his work was precise, fast and perfectly finished. If they use your garage space for woodworking, be sure to cover everything in sheet plastic to keep the fine dust out. I didn't have to wait long for the project to start and it was finished in the time he promised. I will hire Jim again for sure.

We hired Jim because he was more straightforward and honest than anyone else we interviewed. I hired him on feeling, and the price was right as well! What a pleasure to have him in our home doing work. Just an all around great guy. I was most worried about having "those stories" after our project was done - everyone seems to have them after working with contractors, but our experience was great, we sit in our remodeled loft and enjoy it and are grateful that we had such a great experience. There were unexpected glitches along the way as there always are once walls are opened up and the bones of the house really reveal themselves. Jim helped us troubleshoot and his ideas made the end result better than what we had planned. A++ !!

The work was completed on time and as stated. Jim and his crew were pleasant to work with we will use them again.

MacKillop Construction turned our back junk room into a beautiful pantry, laundry room and bathroom.  Plumbing was added, a back porch was added and cabinets were built and installed.  What was most impressive was that Jim completed the project on time and stuck with the project until finished.  Also impressive was that MacKillop Construction completed the project in the amount we budgeted.  We would not hesitate to use and recommend MacKillop Construction again in the future.
