Absolutely thrilled we hired them! Quick appointment scheduling, no long wait, they got me in the next day, but that's only because I called near the end of the day. Promt appointment, on time within the window. Clear communication of pricing abs arrival time, texted 20 min before arrival. No upselling, no BS, no time wasting. The team they sent was knowledgeable, quick, and extremely friendly. Did not think twice to leave them in our house while we stepped out. Would 110% recommend.

I am a 4-5 time repeat customer now and am once again beyond satisfied. Would you leave your house when your electrician is there doing services? Moreover, would you leave your teenage son and daughter at home during that time while you go to work? And trust the workers to close your gates so your dogs don’t get out? You should feel comfortable doing so if you hire Lady B! I had a work conflict during the time they offered me, so instead of rescheduling, I let the office know of the conflict and they said “no problem!”. So, about 30 min after Miles and Izzy came to install a new box/fixture on the side of our house and tie it into an existing circuit, I left for work and came home later to a clean, secure worksite and wonderful new lighting on our side yard. They are professional and reputable and responsible and truly wonderful human beings. Lady B has previously installed a generator/house hookup, main panel replacement (our house inspector missed the fact that our panel had been recalled), installed outdoor outlets, installed nine outdoor fixtures, done troubleshooting on our thermostat/HVAC system, and probably more that I don’t remember. Look no further than Lady B!

They showed up on time and did good work.

The electrician that came  out was polite and quick working.  Found the problem was with a faulty GFCI outlet on the porch and that the light circuit was wired into the GFCI incorrectly. Replaced the outlet, a dimmer switch, and rewired the lighting circuit properly.  I was informed when I called that the fees were a minimum of a hour plus parts. So I was a little bit surprised when the bill came to $225.  But hey, same day response since they finished another job earlier, problem fixed very quickly, can't complain anymore than I already have.  Otherwise, job well done.

I gave professionalism a  B only because of the pricing being above average.

Our home was built in the 1060s. Our Electrical Panel was original to the house. It was made by and contained Zinsco Circuit Breakers. They're now known to be a fire hazard. Also our panel was only 100 Amp service and didn't even have a master breaker. We contracted with Lady B on the recommendation of others in our neighborhood. We found Britt (and her office manager mom Suzy) to be totally professional. The replaced our panel on the first day: coordinating with the local building department for permits and inspections and PGand E. Our home was without power for only 6 hours while they replaced the panel and ran totally new service. They returned the second day to run 5 new circuits as our home had too few circuits originally.
They completed the job on schedule, on budget, and with a high level of craftsmanship. Their cleanup left our home and yard spotless.

Brit is amazing. She was brought in initially to install a new electrical panel. It soon became clear that other work that had been done previously on the property was incorrectly done and was in fact unsafe.

She quickly assessed the issues that needed to be addressed, stack ranked them in order of priority and remediated them for me. She soon became my go to company for any and all electrical work

Her work is immaculate - no other word for it. She does more than you expect and leaves the property neat and tidy. She understands she is working on your home (not a construction site) and is respectful and professional Never treats you like an idiot and takes the time to explain everything she does.

I would use her again in a heartbeat and so should you!!!
