Provided a detailed sketch of the fence and gate to be built along with the cost estimate. When the design was changed they did a new drawing with the revised estimate. Showed up on date agreed on, did the work and followed up with adjustments after the work was done. Very professional

Super service, excellent work. We are very, very pleased with the work of Kenwood Fence. They removed an old arbor and picket fence and built a new post-and-rail fence (no arbor in new fence). Crew was courteous and knowledgeable and finished to work in one day.

I interviewed 5 contractors. The independent ones and some of the contractors either didn't show or call or didn't follow through with the bid or were thousands of dollars higher in their estimate. I thought people wanted work! Flakes! I decided on Kenwood because that's what they do and were reasonably priced. Jack Goodin came out twice to go over what I wanted...then worked up the estimate. He followed through with appointments and if he couldn't call back...the secretary did! Or they e-mailed. Good communication! Follow through was huge to me because if they don't call back...how do you know they'll show up.? I'm a single female and I don't have anyone to take over if the job isn't done. I put it on the calendar and took the time off from work to be there if they had any questions...which at times they did. They got right to work...worked all day except when it rained one. Jose, who was in charge of the job, was a total professional and knows exactly what he's doing. At the end of the job, I decided I didn't want the pickets I had picked out. No problem. I decided on another design and they worked with me....and without my even asking...Jack said it was cheaper and credited me $400 off my invoice! My neighbors are so amazed at the difference. I'm getting so many compliments over the fence. I didn't scrimp on price or design...but I didn't get robbed or ignored either! Nothing worse than a job started and not completed. Mine was done in 5 days. Exactly as I had expected. It's beautiful and will last for years. You get what you pay for...I got more!
