Terrible experience. Very unprofessional. Didn't do the most basic things like MEASURING for door swing, accessibility, etc. Never
produced a written layout/plan. Very disorganized. Very messy.  Didn't cover or enclose space properly.  Created trip hazard @doorways by laying tile over existing floor, which made it 1/2" higher than adjacent flooring. Nothing was to scale for the room. Vanity ordered didn't fit in the space left (we had to sell on Craigslist); walk-in shower was so big that it left only 29" of floor space for walk-through. Came late, left early. Project went way beyond projected date. Helper quit because he was treated so unprofessionally. Tore open load-bearing wall and seemed surprised that a load-bearing beam was there. Then said we'd need to hire an engineer.  We terminated contract with him. Had to hire another contractor to fix the mess!

There was a disputed overpayment that took weeks to resolve.   We asked many times for receipts so that we could reconcile with the invoices.  He never produced any receipts for materials purchased.   We did finally meet with him and he reimbursed the money we had overpaid.

The wiring in our home, built in 1937, needed to be completely replaced.  Jeff Sutton was the General Contractor that we chose out of four bids submitted for the work. He subcontracted the electrical work to Lowe's Electrical, Rob Lowe is the owner. The two electricians that came and did the actual electrical rewiring were quick, efficient and rather clean. Then Jeff came in and did the finishing work for the job and took the garbage from the work away as well. All of them worked with us to accommodate the needs of our pets (dog, 2 indoor only cats and 5 guinea pigs), were very friendly and answered all of our questions and concerns about the job.
