Guest Bath: Updated & modernized guest bathroom. Removed old walk-in tub. Replaced with new tub. Re-tiled shower area. Added drywall where necessary. Installed new plumbing fixtures in shower and sink. Painted where necessary.
Master Bath: Demolished all tile: floors, counter top, shower, etc. Removed old baseboards, interior doors, drywall, sinks and cabinets. Removed old plumbing. Built larger shower. Enlarged closet and added pocket door. Installed plumbing fixtures: shower and sinks. Added new drywall, tape and texture. Installed new travertine: shower, floor & up walls, and vanity. Patched drywall where necessary. Installed pre-hung door. Installed pine jambs. Installed new vanity, mirrors and lights. Painted new drywall.
Hall doors: Installed 6 new interior doors, one of which is installation of new door in existing jamb. Painted all new doors and old closet doors. Painted hallway, living room molding; re-painted window sills. Replaced all door hardware.
All work quality is excellent. Demolition and cleanup excellent. Tile work and plumbing especially professional. Jonathon adapts to any new requests and always answers questions. The only objection is work not always done in timely manner, but we were not in a hurry!
