.Philip Howard was involved in every step of the project from estimating, design, and execution. He often worked alongside his team. He is very energetic and knowledgeable. The quality of the finished product is outstanding. The workmanship and quality of the materials used far exceeded my expectations. The removal of the concrete steps was a project other contractors were reluctant or unwilling to tackle. The price was more than fair and was the lowest estimate by a sizable amount. He was a pleasure to work with. I hope to work with Philip again.
