Jim started on time and finished in about five weeks. The cost of the project was about what I expected it to be. It went slightly over estimate because of some unexpected rotten wood, and some small changes I made. He was very accommodating to work with, and amenable to the small changes that I wanted as the project progressed. All of the subcontractors that he brought in were also nice people, and they did good work. The bathrooms look beautiful! I would definitely hire him again on a future remodeling project.
