The company was good at first. I received 2 services and paid upwards of $200 for each. But most recently, I had another service scheduled for 11 AM on Sunday. That morning, I checked in with the scheduler just to make sure we were still on, as I had not heard from them that morning. At 9:40 I received a message stating they could not take Zelle as a payment, because it "was not working". Really? How does Zelle not work? Then at 10:15 I received another message stating, "one of the house cleaners was sick and so we needed to reschedule". When I tried to call to discuss, no one answered and I did not receive a call back. Nor have I heard from them since! This behavior from a company is both unacceptable and unprofessional. Very disappointing and frankly, rude. I WILL NOT use their services again and I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
