Home Warranty
The warrenty company sent a local Heat and Air service to our home 3 weeks ago. The local company accepted and cashed our payment to them, and has not returned to finish the job, nor can we reach them by phone (been trying for 2 1/2 weeks.) We have complained to the warrenty company and asked them to send another company to finish the work, they keep stalling, and not being at all helpful. As soon as this repair is resolved we will be finding a new warrenty company. Too bad because we’ve had other repairs thru the warrenty company and had no complaints before.
