They showed up late for the initial appointment, they did the work took me through the process they do. AT that time everything seemed in order and when i went to turn the system on it did not work. UPDATE they came in late, they repaired the system that they worked on originally, and explained what they did and to resolve the problem.

I hired A&E (Anthonio & Elgene, Son and Father) to repair my installed sprinkler system. They are nice people. My mistake was that I didn't have a written contract. I walked in the back and the front of my house showing them the installed sprinkler system. We scheduled for them to arrive at 8 AM they came an hour late. They said we will only do the hill in the back yard. I said no, the job description is to fix the sprinkler system, which includes the back and the front yard. I found Anthonio to be very Argumentative , which was time consuming and annoying. I got lucky and didn't pay them on the first day because they wanted to leave and I had to attend to a family matter. I said I will not pay you until checking your work. I called Home Advisor and Explained the situation. They were very helpful and said not to pay them till they complete the job. Home Advisor Contacted A&E resolved the Problem. A&E came and completed the job. I am very satisfied with Home Advisor's handling of the situation. Thank you
