I am a travel agent. He would take me out to look at the houses and tell me the pros and cons of the location. He would tell me about the neighborhood. He was leaving it to me to make the decision. He would give me a sense of how much work would be involved. He worked at explaining the paperwork. I was sort of new to the area and when I did settle on a house I was given an entire list of companies that he has worked with that took care of different aspects of the house. At least it was a start, whether I chose to go with them or not, it was a whole listing. I would have a bid on the house and he would say ask me to go out and check what was there on the market at that time and that was during the bidding process when you are bidding against people. He would insist that I go and take a look again so that I was sure. If one is buying they don’t charge the buyer, they strike a deal it the other agent for the seller.
