He was very responsive. He was willing to do additional things on the side. He worked with my schedule, he was very flexible and responsive to what I needed.

They helped me replace some light switches.

Dan installed 6 new LED ceiling lights in the LR where neither a switch nor wiring existed. He saved us $ by advising us NOT to move a ceiling junction box that could be easily swagged. He assisted me with a laundry room project I spearheaded (saved the day actually with some impromptu plumbing and fresh work arounds). When asked if he could install a ceiling fan in the bedroom (once again where there wasn't any existing wiring) he undertook the project with great energy. He needed to. The attic did not lend itself to determinative measurements, but through great application and perseverance he managed to properly suspend the b****** (my words, not his).
There were some other items, but suffice to say if their were an emoticon expressing supreme customer satisfaction at a great value...it would be right here.

It turned out very good. They provided very good work. I would hire them again and I plan on using them in the near future.

CBS Electric was very responsive and arrived within minuets of the scheduled appointment. They diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired the problem at a reasonable cost. They provide a year warranty on all work performed and I will definitely use them again.

We needed to bring some light into our daughter's dark playroom and decided that adding a light kit to the celling fan that was already in place would be a good solution.  In addition, we had a fluorescent strip light (used for "uplighting" in the same room) that was buzzing and not working properly so we also decided to replace that as well.  
I left Daniel at Cynosure Building Services (CBS) a message and he got back to me quickly, and we were able to arrange the service for the following morning.  He was on time, professional, and a really nice guy.  (We chatted about local restaurants while he did the work.) We discovered there was a mistake in the the fan's original installation (not done by CBS), but he was able to quickly determine what the problem was with the wiring and correct it.  The replacement of the strip light was a snap and it took him a very short amount of time. (He also gave me some good advice on how to "burn in" the fluorescent bulbs so they wouldn't start buzzing again and to lengthen the life of the bulbs and fixture.)  He also gave us a good quote for another electrical job we are considering having done.
Based on my detailed description of the services we wanted, he was able to accurately estimate the cost over the phone and did exactly what was expected.  He did a great job, and everything was cleaned up and disposed of properly.  He was quick, clean and out in an hour.  A very good experience and we are 100% satisfied.  
P.S.  My husband was VERY happy that he didn't have to do the jobs himself, which would have surely taken much longer than an hour!
