Today I had the unfortunate experience of getting my radio replaced by these guys. I will say that the radio looks fine and works. No issues there. However upon picking my car back up, I place the key in the ignition and it won't even start up. I ask the tech that had worked on my car why that is. He stated that they had difficulty removing the key from the ignition, while in the shop, for 20 minutes. This was a surprise to me having had the car for 3 months and never having had an issue. Now the key won't even turn. Ultimately I talk to the manager who tells me it must be a coincidence and won't do anything about it unless I pay for him to repair it. I left the car in their care with no issues and I received it back with a broken ignition and that's apparently my problem according to the manager. Avoid this business at all costs or it will cost you more than you bargained for. Now looking through past reviews there seem to be a lot of coincidental malfunctions and odd electrical issues here. Makes sense they don't want to pay for my repair, they would be out of business by now.
