Very professional; had the job done in one day and cleaned up everything.

I was very impressed. A big crew arrived shortly before appointed time. They proceeded to move anything around the yard and deck that might be damaged. Then laid out tarps and went right to work. I stayed at the house the first few hours to see how things were going then left, returning at 5:00 I was amazed. - they were gone and the roof was completed.  The premises as clean as if they hadn't been there. 
The next morning the gutter installers arrived and they were just as efficient. 

When talking to another neighbor learned he had paid more for his roof.

Nathan and his crew were always prompt and courteous. We have a very large roof and I talked to three roofers to get estimates. His estimate was right in line with the others, but he has a large crew he can bring in and they finished in just over one day, which was the main reason we chose this company, since it would cause the least disruption to our lives (and our dogs that can't stand the noise). The roof looks great, the crew cleaned up really well and it was quite effortless on our part. We like that the guarantee is transferable to the next owners of the house.

Great job. Ran into some dry rot. Repairs were very reasonable. Quick high quality work. Best price by a mile. Best customer service by a mile. Estimator did great follow up. Good communication. I've tried different roofers over the years but these guys are the best.

Received a timely and fair estimate. Work was done within two weeks of estimate. Crew arrived at 7 am and had completed job and cleanup by 2 pm. Crew was very professional and thorough in their jobs. It was a and quot;painlessand quot; process, and the area was left cleaner than when they started. I highly recommend this contractor.

You could not ask for a better experience. The crew was there on time and took only about 4 hours to do the job. The owner, Nathan, was terrific to work with and totally stands behind his work. I would recommend this company to anyone.7138 Carillon Court

The job went fantastic. Nathan, the owner, brought his entire crew and the job was finished in one day. Coordinated, professional and clean. I could not ask for a better experience. The ultra high sef ahingles make my house look amazing. I am so pleased.

We called to get an estimate and spoke with Rhonda on the phone. She was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The owner Nate came out and looked at our roof the same day, and we received the estimate the following day. That was refreshing compared to the company we had called first out of the phone book- they never even provided the quote after a few calls to check in.
We wanted to give our house a unique architectural look and had some specific style ideas. Nate had the shingles we selected (GAF designer series Sienna) shipped up from Southern California.
Once we signed off on the contract, the work started and finished quickly-over four days. Our roof is steep pitched,with dormers and the gables in multiple directions. The house is built into a hillside so there are some pretty high heights involved.
The Capstone crew was obviously very experienced and knew how to handle things in terms of safety. They were all professional and courteous, and impressively hardworking.
Nate came by and checked in every day to make sure we were happy with everything and the crew had everything they needed to complete the project efficiently.
Getting the old roof stripped off is a pretty messy process, but the crew did a great job of cleaning up at then end of work day and at the end of the project they left things in better condition than when they started.

We would recommend this company. They were professional, and friendly.
I called for an estimate, and Nate showed up later the same day.
They removed the old original roof and replaced, including the installation of a solar attic fan in the garage.
Then a subcontractor replaced the gutters and downspouts a few days later.
When the job was done, they made sure my yard and
surrounding area was spotless, several of the crew made multiple passes
with large magnets to make certain there were no nails left.
We are very satisfied with the work and the price was comparable to others.
We would definitly use them again and have already recommended them to neighbors

Nathan's crew, supervised by Norman, his foreman arrived on time. Norman explained in great detail, what type of TPO material he was using and pointed out the areas that might be vulnerable to deterioration after being exposed to the elements over a lengthy period of time ( 10-15 years). He suggested a follow up inspection at that time, to determine if the roof needed to be re sealed. The entire job took only two days and they disposed of the old downspouts and left the grounds clean and free of debris.

One of the neighbouring houses had just had a new roof put on. We were so impressed that we went round to ask who they had used to do the work. We contacted the company - Capstone Roofing - and spoke to Nathan DuCharme. He came over to take a look at our roof and gave us a very competitive quote for the works. He explained the advantages and disadvantages of various products and styles. He didn't try to sell any particular product to us. I have to say, we took our time deciding what we wanted and kept coming back to Nathan with questions. Changed our mind on which product to use on at least 3 occasions! In spite of all this, we were never made to feel that we were being a nuisance, nor did we ever feel that we were under any pressure to make a decision. In fact, we were encouraged to take our time, as Nathan wanted to ensure that we were happy. He readily provided proof of insurance and addresses of other jobs he had done in the area. We were totally impressed by the crew that arrived. Not only did they do a great job - they were polite and there was no shouting or radios being played. They arrived on time and worked diligently throughout each day in order to ensure that the job was finished within the time frame promised. At the end of each working day, they swept all patio areas and the driveway and used a magnet to ensure that there were no stray nails left anywhere. On the last day - they even used a leaf blower to clean up! We had dry rot in some of the wood substrate and this was replaced at no additional cost to us. Similarly, no charge was made for the copper strips that we wanted to be fitted over beams underneath an open skylight. Absolutely delighted with our new roof.

Actually got their name from Angies List. Had already gotten quotes from 3 other companies. Gave them a call and that afternoon
they came out to check out my roof. By the next day, they had given me a quote and timeframe of when the job could be completed. Their quote was in the middle of the other companies and I liked their professionalism and friendliness. I have a
Mobile Home and they handled all the State Permits required. Within a week and a half (only due for waiting for the paperwork
from Sacramento) my roof had been stripped and re-roofed. I am a very satisfied customer.

They were professional and got the job done in a timely manner. The job was finished in one day. The job looks like quality work and the shingles come with a 15 year warranty. Seamless gutters were installed by California seamless gutters who are contracted through Capstone. They look good, but it hasn't rained yet...

They were responsive from the first call. They provided an estimate timely and were willing and responsive to adjust from pulling up the old roof to an overlay. They provided shingle samples to choose a color and had the entire roof done in one day (shingles) and came back after the rain to do the coating.

The owner showed as promised for the estimate. He did the estimate and scheduled the work within a reasonable time. The installation went very well on time and as projected for cost. The whole process lastede less than one day and the crew did a great job including cleanup.

They work really well. They are very personable and efficient. We have used them on more than one occasion for our properties. Overall, they do an exceptional job. In the few cases where there might be an issue, calling them up and having them come right out to take care of the problem is what I like the best - they are very responsive. The price is comparable with others. I would use them again in the future.

Fantastic people. Family owned by second generation roofer. They took off my old shake rof and completely re-roofed with tile, first installing the necessary plywood for load distribution. This is a long, big house, and in this area (Santa Rosa) there are not a lot of tile roofs, much less installers who know how to do them right. Professional, on time, reasonable, neat and tidy, owner was here working every signle day with his crew. He also worked for a friend, tore off the roof and installed a new composition roof in a single day. These guys are awesome and when I rcently had three broken tiles, Nate came out and fixed them...then refused any payment. Absolutely the best Sonoma County has to offer.

Compared to some other people I know, and based on what they had done, I think the job they did was great. Most people pay this kind of money for a roof alone and I had gutters that came with it. I was so pleased, I had a painter come out and paint so that he could accent the roof and now it looks even better.
