When work started John was on time, always kept me informed, and was available anytime if I had any questions. Overall, John and his team were a joy to work with. John promptly responds to calls, texts, and/or emails. That alone sets him apart from the typical contractor. Plus...he shows up on time, another huge benefit to us typical homeowners. Of course experience, quality materials and quality workmanship are of key importance and Brodt Construction delivers . Each day when the task is completed John will review the process to the interested homeowner and directly answer any questions. They also provide a good daily clean up that will please you and your neighbors. So many contractors, even ones off of Angi can be a disappointment so we are very satisfied with our experience with Brodt.
