This was the most prompt, professional auto repair experience I have ever had. I arrived at 9 am and was out the door by 11:15 am. In that time they diagnosed the problem, priced the parts and labor, obtained and installed the new fuel injectors, and tested and re-tested the repair.
Also, when I asked about what caused the leak, the owner questioned the mechanic, who brought the parts to me and explained how and why they failed.
Everyone was very personable and friendly.

Member of family needed oil change and was having problem with sluggish engine and cylinders not appearing to be firing. Provider performed oil change and checked spark plugs but sluggish engine persisted. Performed engine diagnostics test at a discount and found problem. Family member says he can't remember when car ran so well!!

It went GREAT. My Toyota 4Runner badly needed a clutch job after the original clutch had 240,000+ miles on it. Here is what I liked:
- Michael the sales manager was professional and respectful.
- He answered all my numerous questions and described in detail what would be done
- He kept in contact throughout the job with progress updates.
- Hi promised I would be happy and I was; The new clutch is working good.
- When the job was done he offered to show me the old parts they removed. He introduced me to the two mechanics who described how the job went. I appreciated this because this was my first time at BNC. I was curious about the clutch and how it worked.
- The price was good.
- I received a 1 year warranty on the work. I trust that if there's any issue with this job, they'll resolve it for free.

They very upfront about all of services. They make sure that you are aware that you what needs to be done before they start the work. They even call back when they say they will. They are very prompt with their service. They owner is also on site and available to answer questions, which is great customer service.

I was so pleased with the personal and attentive service I received. I had a maintenance light come on in my car and they determined what needed to be done. They rotated my tires, changed my oil, reset my maintenance lights and gave me a new cabin filter for a very reasonable price. and, in a half an hour!
The Honda dealer wanted nearly $100 to change a cabin filter and BNC did it for $19.
I can't say enough for their fast and honest work.
When I am ready to buy tires, I will go there.

They did a good job and it is running just great. They kept me informed on everything about it all the way. They showed me the bad part and what they were doing. They are very honest and competent. They did just fine. I started saving a lot more on service for my vehicle after I started going to them.

I have been very happy with them. The car actually worked tons better after the brake work. Their prices are very reasonable. They are very punctual and generally available. They seem to know what they are doing. They have done everything great.
