Promptly came out and did a complete estimate. We decided to go with another material for the roof.

ARS responded quickly to our call. Our roof was 20 years old and leaking. One year prior another contractor tried to seal roof. Poor quality and roof continued to leak. Decided to replace roof. Bids for new tar and gravel, foam and fabric. ARS fabric made most sense for flat roof. Lighter weight, longer warranty and best price. ARS completed work as promised. No leaks,,,

Showed up when they promised and performed the work as promised quickly efficiently and NEATLY!!! The job was as good or better than I had anticipated. The thing that capped it for me was that the owner called me when the work was completed to ask if I was satisfied with the work that had been done. I happened to be away at the time she called but she held back the final payment for the job until I had an opportunity to inspect it. I was astounded!!!! The work was (of course) immaculate. The yard had been cleaned of all debris and there were absolutely no nails in the driveway or surrounding area. Stunning work a real pleasure to deal with and so incredible to stand by the work of her people. They did her proud by doing amazing work Everyone should take a page from her business book. I had a great experience with ARS. A couple of neighbors and I all got together to find a contractor to replace our roofs at the same time. We hoped that when we pooled our work together we might get a discount. And that's exactly what we got, a volume discount for all of our jobs (5 different houses).

Some of us decided to remove the old roofing and some of us had ARS strip down the roof before it put the new shingles on. They came out and started the job on time. They found a bit of dry rot on the roof as well as on the siding of the house. I worked with them to replace the dry rot. They came in on time with the re-roofing and just over budget due to the unknown dry rot that needed to be fixed.
