They are really good to work with, very responsive, and they are great about special requests. Christen always answers the phone, so you get a live/cheerful person and not a machine whenever you have a question or concern. They weren't our lowest bid, but they were the most professional and they were licensed and insured. They also use a UL listed monitoring company, which was important for our insurance company discount. Bill, the owner is a nice guy and easy to work with. He did the installation himself. We had one minor problem with our line and everything was fixed promptly. I would highly recommend this company.
