Dr. Thorn and staff have worked with her before, so were to quick to wrap her in a towel. Dr. Thorn is so quick yet does a great job; my bird didn't even have time to get all worked and over heated. I will bring her back next month to have them redone along with my Umbrella Cockatoo.

Dr. Thorne handled my large Cockatoo with gentleness which helped to put my pet more at ease; he was prompt at what he does. I left feeling that I had picked the right vet for the procedure, and will return as needed.

Dr. Thorne is my vet. He does not rush through the visits and he does not upsell. He takes his time and answers all the questions. He is very friendly and very gentle with my dog.
