The job started out very well back on 9-11-18. The call before the job sounded promising as he said he would definitely find out what happened and make sure it gets fixed. He was early and very eager to get started the next morning! The power was out in my Kitchen, hallway and both my kids rooms. He was able to fix the power in my Kids rooms and my Kitchen pretty fast, however I am still without power in my hallway. After he said he was unable to locate the reason for the power outage in my Hallway he quickly grabbed his paperwork and was ready to receive his payment and be on his way. I was stunned! I kept insisting he stay and help figure out why the power wasn't working. This went on a few times as he was anxious to leave. Finally in desperation, I had asked him..".if we can't find the short we're looking for can't we just we rewire it???? He said yes but I can't do that today. Mind you I'm paying for a two hour minimum and it was just an hour into it if that. He said "just live with it for a few more days and call me back and I will rewire it for you then. Maybe there is a chance it will reset itself, if not call me." Soooooo in my mind....you mean so I can pay you for another two hour minimum for an hour's worth of work:( I waited to write this review to see if I felt the same way I did when he left my house that day and yes I still do. What happened to "we will fix whatever the problem is"? I felt cheated! I felt disbelief for days and I still do. I felt like I was the only one determined to fix this issue. I am still without power in my hallway. I have no desire to hire him back.
