All this was done very promptly.  I waited for about 90 minutes for them to finish. The owner and his technicians were very courteous and were willing to explain the process.  I also needed to remove the roof liner to dry it out.  The technician answered all my questions about how to do this properly (I removed the liner myself).  I would definitely recommend this company.

 Austin delivered as he promised, couldn't ask for better experience !
He has a busy show that runs smoothly & efficiently, probably due to his oversight and satisfied  service personnel.

All went very routinely, service was polite and efficient -- in and out in a few hours, in spite of extra work needed to prevent future leakage.  No problems at all since (about 5 weeks, some rain). |

This is one of those rapidly disappearing businesses that actually bust their butts in order to keep you as a customer. This is a busy shop, but the customers don't get lost in the fray. The owner, who I want to call Kevin, is constantly on his cell phone but he never forgets about you, or what you're there for. While I was waiting for the work on my car to be completed, another customer beside me started a conversation. He asked if I'd ever been to the shop before (yes, I had) and proceeded to tell me how much he was impressed by the business and its employees. I don't know much about auto glass, or what silicone or adhesive works best with windshields and rear windows, especially in older, classic cars such as mine. But these people do and additionally, they don't try to push their way onto you if you're not comfortable with the process or the price. I'm sure the shop has standard charges for many of their services, like chip repair, but with the repair work I needed and what I heard from a conversation the owner had with another customer, the business seems willing to negotiate on labor and material cost. I wasn't charged for the 1/2 hour of labor done while I was at the shop, just told to pay when I come back and let them do the finishing touches. I would never consider taking my business elsewhere...Advanced Auto Glass gets 5 stars from me!

Very good people. They were prompt, performed the job quickly and in the time frame quoted. Fair-priced, and they had about 10 other customers in there as well. I’m very happy with their services.
