MARCO'S APPLIANCE SERVICE

Eric (Marco's son) was the first non-automated return call I received after I left messages at six different businesses. (The automated one immediately made an appointment but then texted an hour or so later to say that it did not service our area, even though the online ad specifically said they did.) Eric was able to come out shortly after we talked, and even though the diagnostics did not give a clear reason why our 12-year-old washing machine wasn't working, he managed to fix it, despite our old plumbing making things as difficult as possible throughout. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. I will happily use him again and recommend him without reservation. The cost of labor was $109 for over three hours, plus parts, which he discounted.

HE WAS VERY QUICK TO RETURN OUR CALL AND WAS ABLE TO COME OUT THE NEXT MORNING. HE HAD THE PART ON THE TRUCK, SO THERE WAS NO WAIT AND HE WAS ABLE TO FIX THE DRYER QUICKLY. WE FELT HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB.
