Great. Good customer service. He was very knowledgeable and his price was fair. Found hard to find part which we appreciated.

It went well. He was able to purchase a commercial-grade water heater for us (one Consumer Reports recommended) at a competitive price. He removed and hauled away the old water heater & packaging too. Could put a little extra time/effort into clean up at the end, but I've had other plumbers leave way worse to clean up when they are done.
We've also had Felipe out previously to do some other plumbing projects -- installation of under mounted kitchen sink/faucet, dishwasher, toilet, etc. He's very conscientious and explains what needs doing and why. All around good guy and hard worker. Will continue to call on him for future projects.
