We've had a problem with the fan not turning off, and after more than five months of call after call, the problem still exists. Our electric bill is through the roof, so we stopped using the A/C. They don't call back when they say they will. I'm all about supporting local businesses, but we've been treated like second class customers the entire time, and we are now being forced to look for a fix to this problem via a different company.

The owner is very nice and professional and was available when I called, however, the price for installing a wall thermostat which costs about $40 at Home Depot and consists of a couple of wires should not cost anywhere near $348.00.
The house is a rental, and the work was authorized by the tenant (which I shouldn't have allowed), but if I had known that the only thing preventing the heat from coming on was replacing the old wall thermostat, I could have done it myself in a few minutes.
'Securing the front panel' consisted of closing the panel all the way so the heater would strike on after the tenant put the wrong size filter in, preventing the panel from closing all the way. Two minute job.

I was impressed with them. The cleaned it and went through the whole system and it wasn’t cracked at all were as one of the other companies told us we needed to replace it with a wall heater without going under the house to check it out.

The filter was not getting power to it.  The technician checked it carefully, then reinstalled the four filters.  They needed to be shoved in tighter than I had been doing.  It was an easy fix, and I, as the homeowner, learned how to do it properly. I paid a normal service call fee.

The following year a different company told me that the A/C unit needed to be replaced which would cost about $6000. I called FM Pearse and they were able to fix the A/C unit for $340! It is working beautifully and I couldn't be more pleased. They were punctual and did great work.

THIS COMPANY WAS VERY PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. THEY WORKED EXTRA HARD TO INSTALL MY AIR CONDITIONER IN THE BEST POSSIBLE LOCATION THAT WOULD ALLOW ME MORE ROOM IN MY BACKYARD. THEY'RE AWESOME.
