They did a fine job.

We had been recommended him to them from several different ways. It went very well. They did a really good job. We did have one little problem but he came in and fixed it.

They weren't "smell good Plumbers", but that didn't matter.  What mattered was they showed up (a little late, but no biggie) and were ready to work.  There were obstacles that they were able to easily overcome.  the removal and installation took 90 minutes.  I thought that was pretty good.  If I had to do it myself, it would have been an all weekend project.  In addition, I needed to replace my kitchen faucet.  While one of the crew finished the water heater job, the other worked in the kitchen.  He had the olf faucet out in no time and was able to install the new one very quickly. 
When I received the bill, I was pleasantly surprised.  The charges were very reasonable.
I cant wait to refer Ralph and COR Plumbing to my friends, family and clients.

I had a blockage of the main sewer line out of the house that took several days to figure out. These guys were persistent and thorough.  It took a little longer than I'd hoped to figure out the problem, but they did not bill me for the extra time it took them.  When they finally cleared the root ball clogging the main clean out, they did the tough work for a fair price and later honored their word to come back and lower the clean out they installed after the soil had settled.  I have used them for additional work since then and they are very available.

Prompt and courteous, went the extra mile to make sure everything was done correctly and to my liking. The kitchen faucet needed some extra work and parts but he had them on his truck and was able to get it installed and working. Everything looks and works great! I will hire them again when needed! Rafa, was able to do a great job on a backed up bedroom sink. The sink was clogged and struggling with water flow for many months. It was not until late last week when it go very bad and intolerable.
I made an appointment for him to come over after work on Tuesday around 6:15 to 6:30. I got home slightly early and called him to verify the appointment. His promptness to come over and fix the plumbing issue was outstanding.  Came what seems like 10 minutes.
He was very friendly, and explained to me what he needed to do.
He promtly began his work, and got the P-Trap out quickly.  Unfortunately, the drain pipe past the P-trap broke!  I thought to myself oh no!  This was not his fault.   
I found out that I used too many "drain clearing chemicals", and it weakened the old pipe.  He politelty explained this to me. 
The next process was getting the snake down to the main drainage from my upstairs unit going down.  The man drainage area was very  difficult to enter.  Rafa worked very had and was able to get it in 30 min. and snaked it for me.
So now, the drain was snaked, but still a busted pipe. Rafa reamed out the existing broken pipe and coupled a pipe past the P trap- and hooked it up to the sink, applied the correct adhesive, and everything works very well!  No leaks. 
Water goes down now like a bullet.
Also, I really enjoyed him cleaning up the sludge after the work performed.
Then he also fixed a minor issue with my shower facet.
I definately would recommend him again.  He's an honest hard working knowledgable guy.

I contacted this company after reviewing the previous reviews on Angie's list and I cannot sing his praises loud enough! I called late in the workday on Nov 20th to get info from him, pricing, product, times available, etc. He indicated he was very busy, but said he would try to work us in should we decide to contract him. After calling several others referred by friends I made the decision to call C.O.R the morning of the 21st. He said he would try to get us in between 4 to 5:30. I sent him several photos of the water inlet line via phone so that he may have replacement parts with him. He phoned us before noon and said he might be able to get to our home by 2:30! We received another call approx. at one pm advising us he was half an hour from arrival. TWENTY minutes later he was in our driveway! All told...he was here just under one hour with all work completed! This man is a HOT WATER HEATER GOD! His communications with us, his attention to detail, the training he delivered as to operation of our new device and tips to keep it in great shape, Professional to the nth degree! The brand of water heater (Bradford White) is an exceptional product and the only one he installs. I once temped for a plumbing service in another state and the owner would not sell any other brand, so I knew their reputation. This was clearly a wonderful experience! He does ALL types of plumbing and we will certainly use him again!

Drain clearing performed but did not fix the problem, made the back up worst.  Called Rafa to fix the problem and was told he could not come out because he had another job in Santa Monica.  He sent his brother who then wanted to charge me an additional $85.00 for the same problem that was not fixed.  
Rafa never called back nor did he fix the problem.  I ended up calling another plumber to fix the problems.
I would never use this company.  They do not know what they are doing and it cost me an additional $300 to fix the problem.

Ralph stopped at my house on his way home.  He got here as soon as he could.  He quoted me $100.00, but charged only $85.00.  Nice guy.

Great service.  He had to make 2 trips to my house because the 1st disposal I bought was too big to fit without reworking the plumbing.  He called before coming out the second time to let me know he'd be 20 minutes late.  I know things happen to cause delays, and I really appreciate calls from service providers when they can't be on time.  He's really good.

Provider arrived on time.  Provider was professional, and was clean and neat in his work.  Replacement of garbage disposal was completed within an hour, and the new garbage disposal is working well.

Work went fine. Drains are now clear.

Rafa was a little late arriving, but sent a text message prior to let me know that he was running behind.  Once there, he was most efficient in replacing the toilets in both bathrooms.  He was very cautious not to make any mess and cleaned up after himself.

Rolph was on time, courteous, quick and professional. I asked Ralph to done back for another job next week.

Ralph did a great job of explaining of what the problem was likely caused by (based on what he saw and what we described).  He fixed the problem (loose screws affixing the toilet tank to the toilet base).  He also did a thorough exam of our kitchen disposal.  We had not called him out to look at the disposal but it had been stalling recently.  He took it apart and showed us that the grinder blades are not stainless steel and, so, therefore likely to corrode and jam up.  He explained that a disposal with stainless steel grinder blades would cost about $75-85 more than one without but would last 3 times as long.
Ralph did a very fine job of giving explanations of what he did and how we would know if his repairs had worked.  He pledged to come out for no further charge to fix the problem if his first attempt was not successful (it was).  He was very neat and thorough in his work.
