As I remember it, we spent two or three days a week for almost 3 weeks but found nothing. We were discussing whether we should take a break for a month or two in hopes that something new would be up for sale when she said "I normally don't show a client something that I haven't seen beforehand but there is a property where I know the listing realtor and the property seems to fit your requirements. Would you like to see it before we quit today?" I said 'Yes'. I walked in and within 30 minutes my offer to buy was accepted.

It went really well. I got a very good price from my house and everything got done so both houses closed at the same time. We had a few last minute negotiations we had to deal with when the buyers agents added some things near the end and Kay provided great guidance without telling me what to do. She negotiated very well and all ended up to my satisfaction..
