It was a great experience. I'm prepping a townhouse for sale and knew that our tenant had not cleaned in 2-1/2 years (yuck). I found Harry/White Knight Cleaning Service here on Angie's List and called. He arrived the next day, on time and with someone to help him out. They completed cleaning my place that day (although it was surprising that it took an entire day, they really did need the time). I still had to replace the flooring, so they didn't need to do any of that. The best part of the story? Harry called about a week after he was there on that first day, to see if there was any further work needed (since he knew the flooring had to go in). Absolutely. I called him today and he is scheduled to come back to vacuum and dust from the flooring work. If you need cleaning help, I highly recommend him.

On initial contact (phone) I explained to Mr. Weiss that I did not want anyone who could not speak English. The lady he sent was very cordial, and cleaned the oven without being asked (it REALLY was in need), but she could NOT speak or understand English. She cleaned the bathroom, which was already pretty clean, but skipped the TUB! Also, she did a great job in the kitchen, except she skipped cleaning under 2 of the cabinets. Also, the hourly cost was fine, but Mr. Weiss tacked on a $30 travel fee, which was NOT told to me when I asked him what his charge would be.

the house was a bank repossession and was in a proper state - messy, filthy dirty white knight came onsite and did an exceptional job of making the house liveable, they worked really hard to remove trash, clean up stained grout and tile, made the bathtub shine, cleaned the windows, in fact every square inch of the inside seemed to have been cleaned
