 + -1 moreMy old trusted sharpener sold his business. A friend referred me to the Westside Sharpening Center and I went there this week. . They are MUCH better than my old shop. They sharpened the knives perfectly. The shop is dedicated to knives and they are truly artisans. The shop is just off Wilshire and there is free city parking across the street. The entrance is on the side of the building so it is not obvious when you drive by. The knives were sharpened while I waited. What a great find! I will certainly use them again.
