She is efficient and it is easy because I do not have to move my dog. Her bedside manner is perfect. The dog loves her.

She has a mobile vet. My dog is old now and she is not friendly. So, it is better she is away from other dogs and so she comes to the house. It cost the same as taking her to the vet and I do not have to carry her in the car. It is great. She has affordable prices. She charges about $100 and you have the injections and everything here at home.

She's phenomenal. One day a week she is at the clinic which is right next to us. Sometimes we go there. She also works in Santa Monica animal control. She's really, really nice. I asked around a bit and she was better on price. The way she treats the animals. She doesn't try to up sell you like other people. She is very warm. Some of the other places charge you an arm and a leg and they act like they are doing you a favor.

They always go well with her. She's a mobile vet so she comes here and I don't go there. It's the best because I have a very sick excruciatingly large dog so it's too hard to take him somewhere. She's wonderful. She is thorough, kind, caring and smart. She is a problem solver and is compassionate which of course she has to be when dealing with old sick animals. Since it is a mobile service the price is not going to be like other vets but I would rate it comparable. She's great. This woman is world class and we love her. I think she used to be a vet where we took our animals to see her and then she started her mobile service. My guy is not only sick but he's so big and hard to handle in public, even though he's a good boy. We would use her for how long we wish we had him for.

Dr. Heard confirmed the diagnosis made the day before by another veterinarian, who had concluded that our dear dog was near the end of his days. After much heartbreaking discussion, it was decided to let Dr. Heard proceed with euthanizing our beloved dog. Dr. Heard and her assistant were helpful and understanding about our great distress. They also suggested a mortuary we could use for cremation. We are so grateful for all that Dr. Heard and her assistant did at a time when we were so lost in our grief.

Phenomenal! They were on time, fabulous quick e-mail communications. They are honest, compassionate, and fourth coming. It was comparable to cost of office visit.

My dogs have been patients of Dr. Heard for the past 10 years. Divot has always been difficult and had to be muzzled during office visits. Dr. Heard was always very kind and patient with him and tried to make his visits and treatments as quick and easy as possible. He came down with a high fever about two years ago, and Dr. Heard managed to pull him through so he could have a couple of additional years of quality life. When the end came, she and April were very compassionate and made a difficult experience as comforting as possible. I would highly recommend her services.
Response from vet2ula
"Thanks but Divot's longevity resulted from a collaborative effort between us. Thanks for always being such a great "pet parent" for all of your dogs."
