I've been a longtime customer of Val Ramos Plumbing and have never had an issue with them. They're all friendly and personable people from the actual plumbing techs to the owner Val and his son Dan. They've efficiently and quickly handled all my plumbing needs for 20 yrs including repairs and installations of toilets, water heaters and faucets. I recommend giving them a try.

Val Ramos Plumbing's journeyman plumber "Junior" came to my house and immediately knew what was wrong.  He had to break out stucco on the exterior (wet) wall where the cold water service pipe was located.  The issue found:  a broken three inch nipple.  He replaced the nipple pipe, a ninety degree fitting and then pressure checked the work done.

I've used Val Ramos plumbing for service calls many times in the past; both at my home and at property I manage.  They are honest as can be and very reliable.  I highly recommend them.

They have saved us so much money and have done preventative maintenance on our piping and sewer systems. They give you the best bang for the buck. They come on time. They are very polite and have a very pleasant disposition. They stand proudly behind their work and are very to serve their customers.

I've used these guys since 2001 and they have always charged appropriately, but they must be in financial trouble because they're gauging me for a job. The bill? $1095 for 1 day!! $875 for labor (2 guys 8 hours, but should have been 1 guy, max 4 hours), and $220 for parts (ex. of 200%-500% markup: $8.50 for 1/2 x 6" galv. pipe that sells at Home Depot for $1.69). Spoke about this to Val Ramos, who is nastiness itself. Repeatedly told me that I'm not a plumber and don't know what I'm talking about. However, I am an architect and have worked for years with plumbers and have done my share of the work. Unfortunately, Val Ramos Plumbing Inc. is a shadow of the company it used to be. Save yourself and find someone-ANYONE else.

Val Ramos Plumbing & Heating could never retrieve anything that was blocked. They claimed the drain was clear but within a few days I discovered it was blocked again. They asked us to put in a special access so they could get to it to do a better job. We put in the special access and they still couldn t fix it. After the third time they tried we just gave up. I will never use them again.

Every fixture he put in now leaks, the shower, the toilet..etc. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Very expensive and not worth any of the money I had to pay. I even had to go out and buy the parts he forgot to bring one day, and charged me for the time it took me! I will never recommend or use this company again!
