I was very pleased with the result. The windows sparkle, the house is bright white and all of the hard surfaces on our property including the patio, side areas, driveway and front sidewalk are clean. Rick and his crew were friendly, fast, skillful and professional. I will definitely be using Tower Window Cleaners on a regular basis.

They washed all windows and cleaned our carpets. We had a 7 level townhouse with white carpeting. They did an excellent job. The employees were very courteous and complied with any request we had.

I have used this company for 10 +/- years to wash my windows. The company was recently sold to one of the men who has worked for the company for many years. I continue to be very satisfied with the calibre of the work and the professional approach of the workers.

THEY ARE GREAT. IT'S JUST HOW THEY RESPOND. I HAVE USED THEM FOR FIFTEEN YEARS. THEY DO NOT BREAK ANYTHING. THEY DON'T STEAL ANYTHING. THEY DON'T DRIP DOWN THE HOUSE. THEY ARE CLEAN. THEY NEVER HAVE TO COME BACK AND REDO ANYTHING.

IT WAS A GOOD COMPANY. THEY WERE RESPONSIVE. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE. THE FOLLOW UP WAS GOOD. THEY NOTIFY ME REGULARLY TO SEND ME REMINDERS, BUT THEY ARE NOT ANNOYING ABOUT IT.

I REALLY LIKE THEM. THE OWNER, GENE, IS THE ONE THAT SCHEDULES ALL THE WORK. THEY'RE PUNCTUAL AND RELIABLE, AND THE WORK IS GOOD. IF YOU'RE NOT HAPPY WITH ANY LITTLE PART OF IT, THEY COME AND REDO IT.
