 + -1 moreMike Tatum is a very good landlord. He is very reasonable in trying to handle any kind of disagreements or general issues with the tenants. He is extremely fair. At one point, we had power outage and he gave the tenants couple of hundred dollars to replace foods. He really cares about creating a good environment for people. It gets a little bit warm downstairs because the pipes are fairly close to the floor and he responded by putting in an additional air conditioning unit down there.
Description of Work: We are currently living in a rental apartment of Tatum Rentals.
