I had a terrible time with them. It was a very expensive project. It was a huge remodel of my home. It was a nightmare. They are into architecture and construction work. They charged me over $200000 for the project. It lasted for over a year. It was supposed to be from design to construction and was supposed to be finished in 120 days. However, it dragged on for a year and a half. They did a very good job of the design. They were going to take everything to the city and get all the permits, which they did. Then, when the construction got under way, they were very inexperienced when it came to managing jobs and contractors and construction. There was one problem after another. There was a delay and some more problems. I didn?t get any straight answers from them. I asked them as to why the job was not done in 90 days and there was less and less communication from their end. I had to chase them down constantly. I had problems with their contractors, the city. So, I had to shell out double the money to get the job completed. It was a very expensive project. They didn?t take care of the final problems. I will not use them again in the future.
