Ok, I was told I would get real people viewing my page. 500 for 47$. That never happened I didn't get one view on my page and had to file a claim with paypal. here is our conversation: How come you only have reviews from last year? None from 2013. I didn't pay 47$ to have my site put in a program and generate clicks.40 minutes agoAlex MulyarHi Andrew, We can drive people from our apps, pages, games and websites directly to your page - but from there it is completely up to them to act on anything. Since this is a general audience and only targeted from the usa it is up to the page to have interesting content when they first visit to draw them in. We are not using some generation program, as mentioned we bring people to your page from within our system of apps, mobile games, websites and fan pages. We can't force them to donate or anything else once we bring them to your page. And they are all based in the USA the location should and since many come from mobile devices or through apps it might not show up but it should, and they are all from within the usa. You don't think it's odd that 500 "people" went to the site and didn't even watch the video. Not even 1 person. Plus 134 of those clicks were from undisclosed locations. And all of the clicks were in the AM. Nobody is awake in America at that time. Plus you have the same pictures as a tax company called AB&T. And that is the final red flag. So I am not stopping the dispute. Also I would like to know what apps and games you advertise on.25 minutes agoAlex MulyarWe do not release game or app information, however the games are similar to Farmville and other facebook games, the apps are all mobile based for android and Ios. AB&T is the parent company and SocialTigers is registered under it, this is normal business procedure in the usa to have LLC's. I understand your frustration Andrew, and it is unfortunate people aren't doing much with the campaign but this is out of our hands we can only get them there. What I can offer you is a partial refund of 50% even though we are delivering our end. We don't normally do this, but I'd like to make sure you are satisfied. Looking forward to your reply. My team took the time and setup your page for promotion, and apart from bringing people we can't force them to do anything. That is up to the campaign. The link go clicked but the page has the same amount. That doesn't add up. And you split 47$ between a team? I doubt that. It is fare and I am not changing my mind. You did nothing at all for me. There are funds associated with setup. Look we delivered on our end and and If I send a refund it is not fare for us, its unfortunate that your expectations were not matched but we delivered on our end.
