My experience with the company was wonderful. Chuck is great and I plan on using him again in the future.

I called, go estimate. Picked them, got appointment, They rook the car, drove me to work, called to explain the provblem. I authorized the work, They completed it and picked up at my office.

Chuck was fantastic. Chuck took the time to clearly explain the repair. His estimate was the lowest I found, $675. He was done on time, and told me he was able to do the job for $100 less than the estimate! Have you ever heard of that? How terrific! ALSO: I have a breathing disability, and Chuck went out of his way to make sure the repair was done in a manner which protected my health (not contaminating the interior of the car).

Now offer full service:brakes, tune-ups,timing belts, maintenance. The prior service co. I used for 30 yrs, Van Dusen, Auto Service, retired, but their long -time technician. Milton, now works for SM Radiator. I made appointment and was handled promptly and job completed in 30 min. Drive-in parking is tight, but they are there to help. Van Dusen wrote me that they are an 80-year family business that will provide a high level of care.
