All was fine. I trust the vet Dr. Hernandez and think she is knowledgeable and compassionate. I just wish their prices were not so high.

As usual everything went fine. Friendly and efficient service.
We've used SMPMC for many years now, we had a dog and a cat that used their services throughout their approximately 13 year lives, and we now how 2 cats and 2 dogs that we take there whenever it's needed, whether for regular check ups or various ailments or emergencies.

I think they are fairly priced. I would give them A's across the board. All the Vets are supper nice and caring about my pets. I have been using them for years now and I am completely happy with the service they provide. They don't try to over sale their services when you take your animals in for treatment or check ups. My pets are healthy and I really like the Vets there. They have a great internet service so you can look at the procedure they are doing on your pet. I will continue to use them again in the future.

terrible They never had the courtesy to call and express any sympathy or sadness at our loss. The only communication was a nasty letter from an office manager.

I've seen him three times total. He's not only available on the phone and for appointments, he's sensitive to the fact that I don't want to get unnecessary testing done. I find him very easy going, fair-minded, and patient. The center is convienint with their hours and I haven't experienced a long wait yet.

The surgery itself went well and completely resolved the issue at hand. More generally, our experience with Pet Medial has improved significantly after a rocky start 3 years ago. The office staff has improved their professionalism and attitudes towards clients, and the office itself has been improved through renovating awkward space and outdated exam rooms. The processes associated with scheduling, medicating, monitoring, and decision-making on behalf of our dog have improved as well (with the exception of their online scheduling system, which still needs work). Our veterinarian is outstanding clinically as well as accessible personally. Our dog loves him--and we aren't far behind!

We have been going to Pet Medical Center for 8 years for 2 dogs. Our regular vet is Dr. Hernandez but we have also had good experiences with Dr. George and Dr. Bernstien when Dr. Hernandez has been away. Dr. Hernandez is always very warm and friendly and it seems like she loves her work. She has spent a lot of time with us in the past and even donated visits to us when our last dog was ill with terminal cancer. They are not the cheapest vet but we have always been very happy with their service.

I REALLY LIKED THEIR ATTENTIVENESS BECAUSE THIS WAS OUR FIRST DOG. THEYRE JUST NICE, EASY TO DEAL WITH. I FEEL THAT THEIR PRICE WAS EXCELLENT, I COMPARED IT TO OTHER PEOPLE WHO THOUGHT THEY WERE GETTING A GREAT DEAL. WE PAID LESS THAN OUR FRIENDS, OUR DEAL WAS BETTER.

THEY TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF MY DOGS. THEY WERE VERY CAREFUL AND THOROUGH WHEN MY BRITTANY WAS SICK. I REALLY HAVE COME TO APPRECIATE THE CARE THEY GIVE TO MY DOGS.
