It went fine. I even got a car wash.

I drive about 2 miles past another Ford service center to use their services. For most work, no appointment is needed and the wait is relatively short. All service reps (and mechanics) have been patient with my questions and concerns - and, most important to me, over the three+ years I've been using them, they have turned down repairs I thought were needed (and would have paid for!), when they determined there was no problem (brakes, shocks, air conditioning repairs). When I had trouble with syncing my phone with the Bluetooth in my new car, and the service folks couldn't figure it out, they sent a salesperson to sit with me for about a half hour to explain my new car (not purchased from them) and figure out how to make that Bluetooth work! At no cost. Well worth the extra couple of miles driven!

Their pricing is reasonable. I actually drive a couple of miles past another dealer to go to them because I find them extremely responsive. They are very courteous. They take the time to address my concerns. When I have not known how to work my new fancy technology stuff, they'll call in the salesperson from their showroom floor just to show me. They are just in general very responsive and honest. They tell me when I don't need something done.
