I was satisfied with them. They did what I wanted them to do and their price was reasonable. They showed up on time and they were professional.

They were great. They fixed what they could and replaced what they had to. They were really professional. The guy was there right away and so they were really prompt. They did what they said they would do in the amount of time they said they were going to get the work done.

We used them over a year ago and forgot to pay the bill! Yikes! A year later, I found the bill and called to follow up to see if it was paid. The gentleman on the phone said it wasn't and was so sweet about it. I felt so bad that the bill had not been handled properly, but he had such wonderful customer service and appreciated my following up. He never turned the bill into collections or put a lean on the property. Even though it was my mistake, he was very kind about it. They did a good job and I appreciate their work.

Work was performed very quickly.

THEY FORGOT TO MENTION THAT THEY HAD TO SPECIAL ORDER THE GATE. I STAYED HOME WAITING FOR THEM ONE DAY, AND THEN IT TURNED OUT THAT THEY HAD TO STILL ORDER IT. THEY HADN'T TOLD ME THIS.

I FELT THEY PROVIDED A FAIR PRICE, BUT THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORKMANSHIP DIDN'T ADD UP TO THE PRICE. HAD THEY DONE AN A LEVEL JOB, THE PRICE WOULD HAVE BEEN OK, BUT THEY DID A C JOB SO THE PRICE WASN'T OK. THE ONLY THING THEY DID DO WAS STICK TO THEIR SCHEDULE.
