General Remodeling
RAW subbed drywaller/plumber, selected good foundation repair service, painters. Most RAW repairs must be redone: sewer repair buried sprinklers, destroyed 2/3 landscaping, has backed up twice; water pump noisy (per manufacturer, "too large for application"), pump warranty 10 mos old at install; bathroom wood paint like sandpaper, 3" bubble under paint of one wall; toilet (Costco WaterRidge) must be replaced but RAW lost receipt; lost hardware required all new bathroom fittings; window hangs crooked when open, is even harder to close; soil compaction over Fr. drain left dangerous trench & broken-concrete stones sank below ground level, 3 mature shrubs destroyed for Fr. drain w/o discussion; Fr. drain ineffective: water still stands under house after rain; holes left at edges of resurfaced driveway; concrete entry patch still floods, is unsightly; cafe doors now won't close; garden gate again won't close; skylight off-center, leaks; large mounds of soil/purch'd sand left on property.

"She has many complaints the biggest seems to be about plumbing problems. I received an e-mail in Nov. 07 from her regarding these problems and a resolution was offered at that time. I offered to have a sewer camera contractor come out and identify the problem with her sewer. If the problem was found to be in that part of the sewer that my sub contracted plumber replaced I would have it repaired at no expense to her. If however the problem was in the remaining old sewer not replaced then she would be responsible for the cost of the inspection (usually around $500.00) and my time @$100.00/hour. I feel that this was a fair and equitable offer. She has chosen not to respond to this offer. As for the laundry list of complaints she has presented, a response is being prepared but will take some time since the list is quite extensive. Roger Wallace - Owner"
