A swarm of bees parked on a tree in my front lawn! My block has children that play during the day on out cul de sac so it was very important to me to have them relocated fast! I called at 10:45 on a Friday morning and they were at my home by 11:30! Wow, fast service, very professional and most importantly they relocate the bees to a honey farm!!! Definitely worth every penny ($200) to do the right thing and save everyone from harm (including the bees.) ? Today is a good day thanks to Queen Bee and their pleasant staff. They really care about the work they do and the bigger picture that saving the bees serve. Sweet!!

They came out within an hour or so after I called. I thought I had 2 wasp nests. They found around 20. They removed them within a half hour, explained how and why they formed, how to spot and remove them myself in the future so they need to come out. Total pros, though the price was a bit higher than quoted on the phone. It's possible, however, I misunderstood the quote.

They came out and were extremely professional and friendly and looked both in the closet we suspected and around the perimeter of the house for a nest. Thankfully none was found, though he did point out a number of places where they might be gaining access to the house and recommend we plug the holes or cover them with thin-mesh screen.

Great experience. I called very late in the day and they returned my call the next morning, and came out the same afternoon, within the promised two hour window. He explained everything very thoroughly, told me the cost and then with my go-ahead removed the hives at the same time. Very pleasant and easy from start to finish. Friendly, informative and courteous as well. Thought price was extremely reasonable.

They were very professional. They seemed to know what they were doing. I thought they were a little expensive. Their friendliness and professionalism were very good. I think they have something going on like they take the actual bees away and they don't kill them which is good. They take them to a place so that they can't be located. We will probably use their services again in the future.

Explained everything. Check attic for long while. Told us this was just a one time thing that bees do when traveling for long distance. They were gone the next day.

OWNER of the company was the person who came out and completed the work [that impressed me!]. He took time to explain what he was going to to and he warned me if a hive was there he would have to to some additional work, but that was not the case. He was professional and efficient. He knew what he was doing. Total time was about one hour. Very fair price. I would call him back anytime, and have recommended him already to my neighbors.

It was great. The person who answered the phone was friendly and professional. They did call me with the 30 min courtesy call for their arrival but then called about 45 minutes later with another 30 minute window but it was totally fine. They took a look at the nest I had called about and told me they weren't bees but wasps and quoted me $250 for removal. Then they walked around my house and found 3 other nests forming and said they'd remove those as well for the same price! They didn't kill the wasps but rather release them which I think is nice. Serg was super nice and professional. I'll definitely call them again if I have an issue!
