Architectural Service
Gwynne Pugh did the architectural work on a major remodel of our home in the Los Feliz area. He didn't listen to us, and the end result was horrible. Of most concern, he overcame our reluctance to add a flat roof by insisting tbat we would never have a leakage problem. Well, guess what? The roof has leaked year after year since the remodel despite having mutliple roofers out to try to fix it. We are now going to have to have the remodel torn apart and redesigned to try to fix it.
Our biggest regret was using Pugh as our architect. Our second biggest regret was not suing him for professional malpractice within the statute of limitations.
