THE DOOR WAS NOT PROPERLY INSULATED AND THE RESPONSE TO MY CALLS WAS RATHER ABRUPT AND NOT AT ALL SATISFACTORY. THEY DID NOT CHOOSE TO COME OUT AND TAKE A LOOK AND SEE. WE HAD A MAJOR RAINSTORM THAT CREATED FLOODING IN THE GARAGE THAT WAS VERY UNPLEASANT. I DON'T LIKE THE WAY THE HANDLED IT AT ALL.
