He came out and fixed my computer in a span two hours. He came out and fixed it a day after I called him. I felt that his prices were very good.

It went very well. My internet was down, but it wasn't the usual suspects. I called Nick to come figure it out. Took him 5 minutes; my browser just needed to be re-set. Because of the 1 hour minimum, I kept him about 20 minutes answering other questions and checking a few other things and he was very gracious about offering to answer questions on the phone should I have some issues in the future. Very personable and courteous.

This was a successful and rewarding experience, and I would certainly call Nick again if [when] I have problems with my computers.

He works very fast which is great because he is hourly, so it's not too expensive. He is incredible and very professional.

Great! He returned my initial call quickly, came promptly as scheduled, stayed as long as I needed him to. He got several messages from clients while he was here (which he'd glance at briefly), and since one of them seemed urgent, I urged him to return the call and give them help over the phone. He did not charge me for the time he spent doing that troubleshooting.

Very clean; no mess; advised additional information regarding the use and care of the computers. I am planning on calling him again as one as I am ready with a new Macintosh.

Ever since our wireless equipment was installed a few months ago, my co-worker has been getting booted off the Internet many times a day. A separate issue: incoming email problems. I called all the Angie's List computer companies in our area & reached 3. Nicholas was the only one who listened carefully to my description of the problems, asked intelligent questions & said he could come on the day & at the time we'd be available. On the day of our appointment, he called to let me know he was on the way, but delayed by traffic, which was appreciated. Once here, he tackled the problems sequentially, explained what he had done & said honestly that it still might be necessary for us to purchase a new wireless router. Trying to save money, we resisted doing so during his first visit. Initially everything worked perfectly, but the booting-off problem didn't disappear entirely, so 2 weeks later I called Nicholas & he came over & installed a new wireless router. Now everything is hunky-dory.

Job 1: Nickk was on time; took all the necessary time needed to complete the job, very clean and polite; price was more than expected, however, the problems were more then anticipated. Job 2: Very pleased with entire job and everything is working perfectly. On time; very, very polite and reasonably priced for the amount of work accomplished. Will defiantly call him again when I set up my computer and my wife's computers at her school.

NICK WAS REFERRED TO US BY SOMEONE ELSE, AND WE IMMEDIATELY ADDED HIM TO OUR ROSTER OF NECESSARY SERVICE PROVIDERS. HE IS FRIENDLY, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND EFFICIENT, THOUGH SOMETIMES NOT AVAILABLE AS QUICKLY AS WE MIGHT LIKE. ANYONE WHO USES HIM WANTS TO KEEP HIM EMPLOYED EXCLUSIVELY!
