Small Appliance Repair
They were unable to fix the unit the first visit and had to order parts. When they brought the parts back, they still could not fix the unit, so they took it with them. Several weeks went by before they were ready to bring it back. They made a delivery appointment and then canceled it 2 hours after they were supposed to arrive. The following appointment was missed as well. At this point, they still have my ice maker and I'm not sure if I will ever get it back.

IT TOOK A LITTLE WHILE FOR THEM TO GET TO ME WHICH WAS ABOUT A WEEK, BUT ONCE THEY CAME OUT THEY PERFORMED THE REPLACEMENT ON SITE. THE DAY AFTER THEY CAME, IT WAS FINISHED.

THE CONTRACT COVERS ALL THE APPLIANCES IN THE KITCHEN, AND WE CONTINUE IT BECAUSE IT COVERS ALL THE THINGS WHEN THEY BREAK DOWN. WE JUST CONTINUE TO USE IT, AND WE ARE VERY HAPPY. THEY'RE FINE. THEY'RE GOOD WORKERS.

THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL. THEIR DEMEANOR AND PROMPTNESS WERE GOOD. WHEN THEY SAID THEY'D BE THERE AT SUCH AND SUCH TIME, THEY WERE THERE. THEY FOUND THE PROBLEM. I WAS WATCHING THEM. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.
