Gary responded quickly when I called him. He was able to come out the next day to do a walkthrough with me and measure. He sent me the estimate the next day!

Normally I clean windows 2-3 times a year, but hadn't done so in the past 3 years, so the windows and frames were incredibly dirty. I have some tricky skylights and window shades, and Gary did a very thorough job in spite of it all. He works alone, is quiet and unobtrusive, and calmly endured the dogs who are not fond of ladders. Will definitely use Mr. Crystal again!

I usually do pressure washing once every year and windows 2-3 times…depending. I have never had anyone do as thorough a job. He even pressure washed my patio furniture. In addition, he is a very nice man.
