Michael Rossi Plumbing

We called them because our usual go-to plumber's snake wasn't powerful enough to get through a blockage in our shower drain.  They sent one of their guys out to give it a shot, and it turned out that his snake wasn't powerful enough either, but when he couldn't fix it, he immediately recommended someone else who was able to.

Sam did a great job. He was efficient and fixed what we needed. I had been told that our toilet needed replacing for $495 but Sam fixed it. Everything is working and our leaks are fixed. I would use them again.

I cannot say enough about Michael Rossi and his company. I got off a plane on the Tuesday afternoon after Memorial Day, hot and tired, to find that we had no hot water. It's a bad feeling. I called the plumber I had used many times before and he told me he can't service the Noritz tankless water heater - that I need to find someone who specializes in that. With dumb luck I found Michael - it was very random. In spite of the fact that he didn't know me, he sent his guys right over that afternoon. They determined that the coil on my water heater was bad and was leaking, they called the company and arranged for the replacement part to be sent to me free of charge, and then they were able to get the hot water going in spite of the problem. The price was extremely reasonable. The part arrived within a few days, but I was lazy - I told myself the problem was fixed and I didn't call Michael to come back and replace the part. Sure enough, one evening in October my kids returned sweaty from basketball practice and we had no hot water. I called Michael, and he scheduled his guy (Philippe) to come to me first thing in the morning. He showed up right on time. As soon as he assessed the situation he explained to me, very clearly, that he was afraid that my waiting might have caused one or two other important parts to fail, and that it was going to be difficult to get Noritz to pay for any additional parts because they had a record that they had sent the coil out months ago. As it turned out, one other part had been ruined by my waiting, and it was only $30. Philippe replaced what needed to be replaced and got everything working beautifully. He was there for a couple of hours and the charge was very reasonable. He was thorough, very clear with me about what needed to be done, no tooting his own horn or up-selling me - just good honest work. Needless to say I consider Michael my new plumber - I would call him again for any kind of plumbing needs. These guys are the real deal and you should not hesitate to call them if you need a plumber.

Perfect - we used them several times. When our tankless water heater did not work they came right away and tool care of it. No overcharge, no up-selling. On time, responsive, great quality work. We recommend him to all our friends and neighbors.

I have regular maintenance done on my Nortiz. It's been trouble free. So this year, I go to the Noritz Web site to check who's on their preferred provider list. My usual company was no longer on there. I never had a problem with them, but I had no problem using someone new. So I went with Michael Rossi who is well credentialed on the Noritz Site. They came today and HOLY COW ARE THEY GOOD! 2 guys, I always forget to get their names...sorry, right on time and got to work after quizzing me on how the unit has been operating. About an hour later....done. Then the lead guy gives me a very detailed analysis of what he found, what he did, and what might need maintenance in the future. Just terrific, really. I'm so happy when I find someone competent who actually cars about doing great work. These guys are in that category. Very pleased. Price is estimated per phone conversation. I haven't received the bill yet.
