This is the second time we have had Michael come to our home. He is punctual and really a lovely young man. It is clear he really loves dogs.

Michael once again did a incredible job with our Labradoodle. I had unfortunately scheduled another appointment for the same day, Michael was able to accommodate me and completed grooming the dog in about 2hrs. Our Morgan looked absolutely magnificent, although not the usual amount of time was given. Great service, great attention to detail, and very professional!

Michael was very responsive on the phone, arrived exactly on time (!), and did a great job. Because the dogs are not used to having their nails clipped, I helped restrain them physically while Michael concentrated on the work. He was quick and thorough and very professional. I will call him as soon as we need this service again!

We called Michael a few days before to set up an appointment to have our English Springer Spaniel bathed and groomed. Michael quoted us a price and set up an appointment for today at 9 AM. He arrived a few minutes early and spent some time getting to know our dog. He did a great job!! Most importantly the experience was trauma free for our dog and he looks great!

Michael was very good with the dog. He took to her and she to him as if they'd been friends for years and years. He arrived on time, did the job quickly and throughly and charged the agreed-upon price. All-in-all the best mobile grooming experience my dog and I have ever had.

Perfect! Arrived on time; worked quickly; knew what she was doing; my dog felt comfortable with Betsy (she's usually very shy); the cost was well worth it all. The Michael L Rogers Mobile Pet van is all self contained except for an electrical plug-in. No mess, no fuss. Really clean!

Work was performed as proposed by the service and agreed upon by me. I plan to use their service on a regular basis (i.e., every six weeks). The groomer called to say she would be a few minutes late due to street traffic. I am very satisfied with her work and her attitude. I did not observe the groomer working in the van. She was well groomed herself and my cat was very clean when she gave her back to me. The young lady is extremely courteous and kind.

"BOTH DOGS WERE VERY SWEET BUT WERE 14 + YEARS OLD, WERE EXCESSIVELY MATTED AND COULDN'T STAND DURING THE GROOMING PROCESS. WE UPCHARGED DUE TO MATTING ON THE DOGS AND THE ADDITIONAL HOUR AND HALF IT TOOK TO COMPLETE THE GROOMING. WE TRIMMED THE EARS AND TAIL TO BLEND WITH THE REST OF THE ANIMALS' COATS. WE DID THE BEST JOB WE COULD, WITH WHAT WE HAD TO WORK WITH."
