Description of Work: Mr. Robin Stuart suggested taking time and he was extremely patient NO pressure. It helped to talk about sleep and back issues while we took our time. Would highly recommend to family and friends since we had such a positive experience. Delivery/removal of old mattress was great too.

Description of Work: I have a very, very bad back and, for over a year, have agonized over finding the right mattresss. I repeatedly went to Leeds Matresses in Santa Monica, told Robin Stuart of my concerns and lay down, 20 minutes at a time, on all the beds he thought would work. After a year of "researching" finally I chose the mattress that seemed the best for me. It was delivered on schedule but alas, was just the wrong choice for my back. Robin told me to give it 6 weeks to "break in" but, Princess and the Pea that I am, it caused me great pain (my husband slept like a log). I was so sure there was something wrong with the mattress (not me, of course) and Robin actually came over and made a house call !!!!!!! He lay down on the mattress and really examined it and so very nicely, diplomatically explained that the mattress was not defective. (Gently, not inferring at all, that I was). He arranged the Leeds "Buy Back" guaranty and a firmer mattress will be delivered next week. He is the most wonderful, knowledgable and PATIENT salesman I have ever seen. And, trust me, I have spent many, many hours on those mattresses listening to him talk and counsel others. I definitely would return to Leeds if I ever need a new mattress. (Robin might have other opinions about my return!)
