This man really cares about animals. He's completely devoted and his prices are very fair. He is available 7 days a week from 7 A.M. He is very accessible. You can walk in. you might have to wait a bit because there a lot of people that like him. His staff is been with him a long time. He takes care of problems in animals that other vets are not able to diagnose. I would give him 'A' across the board in every which way.

Dr. Kenneth Jones was always top notch, so good that we were willing to wait hours (they don't take appointments). His work and compassion and kindness kept us going there even when other factors in the office were becoming negative. The doctors they have now are also good. But the office has never been known for having friendly staff, and in recent years, many of them became downright surly. At one point a few years ago we wanted to get an opinion from a specialist in a different practice and the staff and doctor (not Jones) were quite rude about our request that they provide the specialist with background information; it was as if they thought we were betraying them by consulting with a specialist, even though they did not have any specialists in the field. We hung in there with them anyway, and had a few more years of good medical care for our pets, but with fairly consistent rudeness from some of the staff. The last straw was when one of the techs came into the waiting room to berate me because he didn't like the large carrier I used to bring in my cats; even if there had been merit to his position (and I don't think there was), he was unnecessarily rude. After more than two decades, I decided to take our pets elsewhere, and we have not been back since then.

Dr. Jones was really brilliant in helping us get to a canine neurologist and working with that doctor. Dr. Jones really cared, and whenever we came in, he seemed really intent on gleaning information from us. He would ask a lot of questions and spend a lot of time trying to diagnose our dog, who was barely walking at one point. I highly recommend Dr. Jones because our dog is now super-healthy and loves to run and play.

Kenneth is absolutely wonderful and he did very well with my cat. I use him for my cat, my dog and an opossum I have. He is very caring with all of them. He is also very reasonable but pricing is hard to say as each visit varies. He is open on Saturdays and you do not have to have an appointment to go see him. He is very convenient.

I HAVE TO SAY THEY WERE REALLY HELPFUL AND ENCOURAGING IN A TIME OF CRISIS WITH A PET. THEY ALSO REASSURED US AND REALLY EXTENDED A COMPASSIONATE HAND. THE SERVICE WAS OVER ALL EXCELLENT QUALITY AND VALUE COMPARED TO PRICES WE SHELLED OUT FOR SMALLER PET MAINTENANCE SERVICES CARRIED OUT AT OTHER CLINICS. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM TO FRIENDS SINCE AND HAVE NO PROBLEM DOING SO.

I HAVE USED DR. JONES FOR OVER 10 YEARS NOW FOR ALL 3 OF MY CATS. HE IS A WONDERFUL VETERINARIAN, BUT HIS OFFICE IS OLD AND SMELLY. HIS WIFE WORKS THE FRONT OFFICE AND SHE IS NOT A VERY NICE OR COMPASSIONATE PERSON. HE SAVED THE STRAY CATS LIFE THAT MY SON FOUND AND SHE NOW RUNS OUR HOUSEHOLD.

A GREAT PLACE FOR YOUR ANIMALS. VERY FRIENDLY. STAFF AND DOCTORS WERE GREAT. WE GOT IN AND OUT OF THERE. THEY HELPED CALM ME DOWN CAUSE I WAS CONCERNED ABOUT MY CAT.
